Kathy Bohlman-Ladd retired as a Supervisor after 25 years of service with the Social Security Administration (SSA). She has a BA in Sociology/Psychology.  Her interest in real estate started in her early 20’s, resulting in flipping several houses (on weekends), while working at SSA. She tapped into her creative side in picturing what each house can be with some hard work and determination, and found it rewarding to turn a house in need of renovation (sometimes desperate need) into a beautiful home for the right family to enjoy. Helping and encouraging others has always been a focal point in her life. She volunteers at Promise Ranch, which offers riding lessons, equine therapy and birthday parties for children. Children and animals hold a special place in her heart. She enjoys hiking, exploring, traveling, sports, spending time with family and friends and continuous learning. Life is an interesting journey, with it’s ups and downs, and sometimes unexpected turns. No matter what your circumstance, she would be honored to help you sell your home and/or find the home or investment that is right for you. Â
